Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident subscribing to ProLicensor. This policy explains our free trial, how to cancel, and when refunds are available. It applies to subscriptions purchased directly from ProLicensor, a subsidiary of A4L (Accounting 4 Life).
1. Free trial
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and no card is required to start a free plan. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. You can cancel during the trial at any time with no charge.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@prolicensor.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Your account is not deleted automatically — you can export your data before it lapses.
3. Refunds

| Monthly | You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, but you are not charged again after cancelling. |
| Annual | If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal, we will refund that payment in full on request. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but it will not renew once cancelled. |
| Free plan | No charge, so no refund applies. |
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We may make exceptions to these terms at our discretion (for example, a verified billing error), and nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
4. Marketplace & third-party software
Discounted software you obtain through the member marketplace is licensed and supplied by the respective third-party vendor. Because a license key or activation is delivered immediately, those purchases are generally non-refundable once the license has been issued, except as required by the vendor’s own policy or by law. We will help you raise a refund or support request with the vendor where applicable. See our Terms & Conditions for more on third-party software.
5. Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 60 days at support@prolicensor.com and we will investigate promptly and correct any verified mistake.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
